Vaultree Appoints Jeremy Lewis as Chairman of the Board to Help Drive Next Phase of Growth

Cork, Ireland, 11 March, 2025 – Vaultree, a leader in Next-Generation Secure Data Enablement Solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Lewis as the new Chairman of the Board. This strategic leadership transition marks a pivotal moment for Vaultree as it scales-up revenues, internationalises the customer base, and accelerates the launches of its innovative, class-leading data-in-use encryption offerings.

Mr. Lewis, who brings over 40 years of experience from the financial services, software and deep-tech sectors, is well-versed in guiding organisations through transformative expansion and strategic development. As Chairman of the board, he will drive governance excellence, foster strategic efficacy and efficiency, and provide advisory expertise to the Vaultree board members.

Over his career Mr. Lewis has held several senior management roles in privately financed and publicly quoted companies across EMEA, the US and APAC, for both B2C and B2B businesses. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG before becoming an investment banker, latterly at Robert Fleming where he was a Director of M&A and Equity Capital Markets. He then joined the board of video game developer Eidos Plc (creator of the Tomb Raider franchise) helping to grow the company significantly. Following this he went on to hold the CEO role in leading software businesses such as Terraplay Systems AB, Catalis SE, and Universe Group Plc. 

He is currently a Member of the Supervisory Board of CI Games SE, a publicly quoted video games company and is also a board advisor to a number of machine/deep-learning, cyber-security and Web3 businesses. In addition, he is one of 300 business mentors to the 31,000 academics and students at Imperial College London, as part of their Imperial Venture Mentoring Service.
